  alanv - It says "in the USA branch terrotory". This year this includes Jamaica and Puerto Rico (their branches were closed and merged with the US). So maybe there is not such increase (or it is much smaller) in the USA...

  i just compared the latest data provided by the german wt and data i found searching for the same page in archive.org.

  NZ Watch Tower Society closed down

  i've just found out this in the charity registry of new zealand.. the watch tower society of nz closed down, not just bethel (that was sold some time ago), but the legal entity.

  they have another entity in nz, but this one was the owner of bethel.

  I've just found out this in the Charity Registry of New Zealand.

  The Watch Tower Society of NZ closed down, not just Bethel (that was sold some time ago), but the legal entity. They have another entity in NZ, but this one was the owner of Bethel. Does any one know why was this done?

  i actually called our bethel ny branch and talked to a brother on the writing committee, at writing correspondence.

  According to the requirement of being baptized before October 1, 1914, Fred Franz was the only one of the first group to serve in the GB... All the rest including Knorr were part of the second group...

  All current GB members were appointed to the position after Franz's death so... Are they all part of third group? Is all the second group gone?
